Australasia’s largest listed investor in healthcare real estate announced it has bought the Grafton Aged Care facility (pictured) in northeast NSW in partnership with WA and NSW-based aged care operator Hall & Prior.
The partners have signed an initial 20-year lease term for the 12,400sqm site which includes the small 43-room facility, with a total of 83 beds, and two adjacent residential properties for potential future expansion.
The facility in South Grafton, 70km north of Coffs Harbour, will be Hall & Prior’s 11th care facility in NSW, after acquiring four last year.
