Oak Tree continues with smaller village strategy: 52 ILUs in Yamba (NSW)

The Brisbane-based private retirement village operator has put in a DA for its 32^nd retirement village, this time in Yamba, on the Far North Coast of NSW.

Their model is to develop smaller villages ranging from 50 to 95 homes, in regional areas. Yamba will have 52 homes.

Established in about 2004 by Mark Bindon, with Franco and Marco De Pasquale, they attracted Aware Super who acquired 70% in 2017.
