The private aged care operator is giving older people and their families considering a move into residential aged care the chance to ‘try before they buy’.
Odyssey Lifestyle Care Communities CEO Phil Usher says the idea behind the promotion is to take some of the intimidation out of diving into an aged care setting.
“Our respite care model is designed specifically to encourage those trying before they buy to take the opportunity to make new friends in a welcoming social setting, while experiencing the benefits of spacious and fully serviced apartments,” he said.

Mr Usher established Tall Trees Private Aged Care 20 years ago before selling to Paul Browne’s Freedom Aged Care around 2015.
