The village of single-level homes, developed by Mbark partners James Robinson, John Leo, and Adam Somerville, has been given approval by Shoalhaven Council to build a further nine homes in its northeastern corner to finish the development.
The Arbour in Berry, 143km south of Sydney, welcomed its first residents in 2008 and has subsequently seen another 180 people move in.
Construction begins in September and the homes were given priority to people who had put their names on a waitlist. They were given a tour of the site by James in February (pictured).
