Palm Lake Group launches new $35m residential aged care community

The land lease, retirement village and aged care community developer has announced the launch of its new 102-room Palm Lake Care Beachmere aged care project (pictured) – an hour north of Brisbane CBD.

The community will include some deluxe, ‘Hamptons-style’ waterfront and couples’ suites that feature direct beach access.

The development is opposite Palm Lakes Beachmere retirement village. This development was originally established by the colourful sector pioneer Ted Sent with plans for 1,100 village homes.

Beachmere will be Palm Lake’s fifth aged caring community – and the group also owns and operates community lifestyle resorts at 25 locations across QLD, NSW and VIC.
