Residential park, retirement village and aged care operator Palm Lake resorts, will build a further 320 manufactured homes at its Toowoomba MHE village which already has a 180 units.
In addition they will be building a 120 bed aged care facility, their sixth to open in about three years.
Father and son team, Walter and Scott Elliott, have built palm lake Resort to 26 locations. Scott provides hi mobile phone number to residents to call if they have any problems so he knows what is going on and can fix it fast.
