Penrith Panthers leagues club partners with Maurice Tulich co-located village and care facility

The huge Penrith Panthers leagues club will commence building within six months and 108 unit retirement village plus 108 bed aged care facility on 22 ha adjacent to its club in central Penrith.
Maurice Tulich grew up on his father’s market gardens in South West Sydney and was amongst the first developers of the modern retirement village; previously this family business to manufactured hospital and aged care furniture.

He kicked off his first village development in 1995 his partner Curtis Mann. Maurice has also been very active in the establishment and growth of the Retirement Village Association.

He was the first private operator to commit to the development of co-located aged care. They have three villages.
