Cardi B is set to star in Assisted Living, described as a comedy with heart in the vein of films like Tootsie, Sister Act and Mrs. Doubtfire.
The singer will star as Amber, a crook on the run from the police after a heist gone wrong. With options low, Amber disguises herself and hides in her grandmother’s aged care home.
Cardi B is no stranger to the silver screen have previously appeared in the film Hustlers, but this will be her first starring turn.
