QLD: Wesley Mission Queensland opens third retirement community in Brisbane

The Not for Profit provider’s new 135-bed Rosemount Retirement Community is in Sinnamon Park, 14km southwest of the CBD.

The development forms part of Wesley’s existing Sinnamon Village community – comprising of six residential aged care communities, supported accommodation, and therapy and wellness centres.

Stage one, featuring 70 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, opened earlier this week and has already sold 60% of the units.

The second stage has already sold 25% of its apartments and is set to open by the end of 2020.
