Retirement village to be part of $30M health precinct for regional QLD

Gladstone’s new Integrated Health Precinct

Work on the 200-unit village in Gladstone’s new Integrated Health Precinct, 550km north of Brisbane, started last week after the Fed Govt announced earlier this year it would kick in $20M towards the project.

The development has been in the pipeline for eight years, but issues with road structure and lack of funding to fix it had kept it on the backburner.
