Nambucca Valley Care is now selling the second stage of its latest village, marketed as retirement living for over 55s, in Macksville on the NSW Mid North Coast.
The staged development surrounds an aged care home – see pictures above.
The 17 properties in stage one of the two and three-bedroom singe-level units at Fairway Gardens have sold out. There were two 227m/sq three-bedroom units with garage and 15 181m/sq two bedroom units in the first stage.
Stage two features 15 lots with two 197m/sq three-bedroom units and 13 167m/sq two bedroom home on offer.
There is a third and fourth stage to come.
