Stockland’s Willowdale community in south-west Sydney, which features the Willowdale retirement village, was honoured with the EPM Projects Award for Best Master Planned Community.
Property Council’s chief executive, Ken Morrison, said the Willowdale development offered “flexibility and choice in everything from housing size to land lots, medium density town houses and accessible retirement living.”
Cranbrook took out the Aurex Group Award for Best Retirement Living Development for its Bella Vista Gardens Aged Care and the ‘boutique’ Cranbrook Residences Retirement Village – two premium co-located facilities in Castle Hill in Sydney’s north west.
Mr Morrison said the Cranbrook Residences development “demonstrates how the property industry continues to innovate to offer older Australians all the comforts of home in a personalised and caring environment.”
