A quick follow-up on this story from last week – Stockland will move ahead with plans for its 29-storey mixed-use tower in Epping after receiving approval from Sydney’s Central City Planning Panel.
The application was approved provided the operator develop an emergency evacuation plan for the 132-bed Opal aged care home, for each resident requiring assistance with mobility.
The development will also include 205 independent seniors living units, a multiple-level primary school four church presbytery units, and up to 372 basement car parking spaces.
