Stockland’s Newport village (QLD) setting new community facility standard

At an investment of $5M, Stockland gave future residents of its new vertical retirement village at Newport, 40km north of Brisbane, a preview inside the community’s “exclusive” clubhouse.

With lakeside views, a gym, library, billiards room, pool and two bars, the $70M development north of Brisbane has been positioned as a resort.

Once complete, the Newport village located close to a proposed town centre and marina will feature 125 apartments (a mix of two and three bedrooms), with many overlooking the new 22ha lake.
