Thailand targets retirees with retirement and care units as low as $350 a week

UK-born entrepreneur and Managing Director of Sunshine Residences, Andrew Stocks (pictured), says that units at his villages in Thailand are available from 29,000 Thai baht (around AUD$1,400) a month.

Sunshine will also offer care services at the cost of 60 baht (AUD$2.85) an hour for a minimum of 12 hours a week, while meals can also be provided starting at around $600 a month.

A good deal for cash-strapped retirees.
