Local community based Not For Profit operator Garden Village is building a five story/3 tower ‘self care retirement village’ on their only property, 4 hectares just 1 KL from the centre of town. It will feature 53 apartments. They already have three care facilities with 140 beds plus 179 retirement units on the site.
The builder is Watpac.
