A large fire at Noyea Riverside Retirement Village has left two people hospitalised.
The fire destroyed three units and a garage at the Mt Warran Park village.
A woman in her 50s and a man in his 80s were both taken to Logan Community Hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.
The cause of the blaze remains unknown, and Queensland Fire and Emergency Services has said investigators will be returning to investigate the incident.
