Uniting gets green light for big village and aged care redevelopment in Sydney

The NSW and ACT-based Not For Profit has received approval to rebuild its 65-unit Uniting Mayflower Westmead retirement village, 26km west of the CBD, with a 114-bed aged care facility and an as-yet-undecided number of independent living units.

The construction will be completed over three stages to minimise disruption to the village’s current services and operations.
