1 min read

The NSW and ACT-based Not For Profit has completed the final roof on its latest senior housing development located in the heart of Leichhardt, in Sydney’s Inner West.

The Uniting Norton Street project is a 49-apartment building across six levels with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments priced from $680,000 for a one-bedroom to $1.09 million for a three-bedroom. The development also includes an allocation of affordable housing.

The village was designed with ease of access between retirement living, assisted living and residential care in mind with Uniting’s The Marion aged care home located next door and its Seniors Gym in Lilyfield also close by.
