Michael and Justin Harrison’s Village Retirement Group’s joint project with Anglicare Southern QLD is The Village Manly in Brisbane’s eastern coastal bayside suburb.
“We are excited to finally launch this project which will deliver two medium rise buildings in Stage 1, each comprising 23 apartments across 4 storeys,” said VRG MD Justin Harrison.
VRG has developed five villages across Greater Brisbane over 20 years. This joint project with Anglicare has RVG as the developer and operator.
It is the first medium rise retirement development in the area. The heritage listed Lota House will remain central to the site and Anglicare’s existing residential aged care facility, E M Tooth Memorial Home, will cater to the potential future health needs of the community.
Stage 2 of the $70M development will incorporate communal facilities for residents.
