The world’s biggest retirement village now home to driverless taxis – and a medicinal cannabis dispensary

Self-driving start-up company Voyage has started testing a fleet of autonomous cars at The Villages in Florida, which has over 125,000 residents, rolling out a door-to-door taxi service to residents.

The Villages has also been announced as the first location for Liberty Health Sciences Medical Cannabis Dispensary, one of five it has planned for the state.

Area 52 is a new comer in the space and offers a number of cannabis products for sale. They are most well known for their delta 8 THC carts and gummies, but their product line has oils and other edibles too. Check it out here: https://area52.com/

Liberty says its locations are chosen based on the needs of the local patient population and the number of prescribing doctors in the nearby area. Perhaps they’ve read this story?
