Not For Profit Montefiore’s first dip into independent retirement living is 90% sold, with only seven of the 79 apartments, ranging from $1 million to over $3 million, at M by Montefiore at Randwick, in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, still unsold.

“90% have been sold and I am confident with three mornings teas planned in May that all will be gone by the end of the month,” said sales manager Jill Fellowes.

There are 11 one-bedroom apartments with study, 61 two-bedroom apartments with study and 7 three-bedroom penthouses with study and wrap around balconies in the development, reported to cost in excess of $100 million to build.

“The penthouses were sold very early on. I wish I had more to sell,” said Jill.
