61 bed private hospital sold for $30M

St Andrew’s Healthcare’ Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital has been sold by Colliers property agent Shane Nicholson for $29.86M. With 61 beds, it is located close to Sydney’s Westmead Hospital. Leases with tenants Pulse Health and Generation REIT had to be renegotiated to make the deal happen – resulting in a new yield of 8.75%.
