Aevum has confirmed its possible transaction with FKP but has also alluded to other possible offers saying that it is in preliminary discussions with a number of parties. In a statement released to the ASX, FKP said the discussions had been about the possibility of "a merger between Aevum and FKP's subsidiary, Forest Place Group." The Forest Place Group portfolio comprises of five Brisbane retirement villages, with a total of 1017 units at its three wholly owned villages plus 224 units at their two syndicated villages.
