Aged care facility to get $46m retirement village makeover

A Baptist Community Services (BCS) aged care facility in the ACT suburb of Red Hill is to be transformed into a retirement village. The process will triple the size of the existing facility, cost $46m and will see the demolition of the existing buildings.
