The second stage of the four storey The Avenue at Maroochydore is expected to be completed in late 2020 and will consist of 113 two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging in price from $465,000 to $750,000 just 200 metres from the water.
Stage one opened in July 2019 with 49 apartments after selling out 30% of its apartments before a brick was even laid and interest is high in this new stage with 20% already sold.
Built by Woollam Constructions, the medium-rise project is one of six villages that Aura – started by Tim Russell and Mark Taylor – has in development around southeast QLD.
