Aveo gets the green light for its third Sunshine Coast retirement village

1 min read

The $60 million 138-unit village will accommodate over 200 residents on 5.4 hectares set within the $3 billion Harmony master-planned community at Palmview, 82km north of Brisbane.

The development will be built over five stages with 63 units expected to be completed in the first stage.

Harmony bills itself as the only master planned community in SE QLD with a “sustainable design solution”. Set on 378 hectares, the final development will be home to over 4,800 homes and 12,000 residents, plus 100 hectares of open space and a 60km network of pedestrian path and cycle ways.

It’s one of three residential projects currently being developed by AVID Property Group in QLD.

Aveo has just completed the final stage of its Peregian Springs village.
