Retirement village operator unveils new brand
- New identity: IPLiving has launched its national brand
- $350 million platform: Palisade Impact partnered with Zig Inge Group in 2024
- Six villages: The portfolio spans Victoria and NSW
- Growth ahead: The brand launch marks IPLiving’s next phase
- Local character: Each village will retain its own identity
The launch of a new brand marks the start of the next chapter for the Victorian-based retirement village operator.
IP Living was born in December 2024 when investment business Palisade Impact set up a $300 million retirement living platform in partnership with the family-owned Zig Inge Group, first founded in 1978 by Zig Inge AM.

Palisade Impact took ownership of the Zig Inge Group’s three retirement villages and 372 homes.
The group has since expanded to six villages: Eleebana Shores in Lake Macquarie and Elermore Glen, Newcastle, both in NSW, as well as four Victorian communities – Richfield Village in Melbourne’s Aspendale Gardens, Prospect Hill in inner-city Camberwell, Rosebud Village on the Mornington Peninsula, and Pinetree Donvale, the first village Zig Inge built in 1980, 20km east of Melbourne’s CBD.
Executive Chairman Peter Inge OAM said the new brand wasn’t about changing who IPLiving is but better expressing what it has always stood for.
“Our family has always believed retirement living should be about people first. If residents feel connected, supported and treated fairly, everything else follows,” Peter said.
“This brand identity gives us a clear way to communicate that philosophy while honouring the values my father established nearly 50 years ago. It’s about building trust and helping people feel confident that they’ve chosen a community where everything is done to help them stay for as long as possible.”

Chief Executive Officer Mark Fay said the new brand identity has been deliberately designed to sit behind each of IPLiving’s individual communities, recognising that each has its own special identity, history and loyal resident community.
“As we grow, it’s important that every community continues to retain its own unique character while giving residents the confidence they’re supported by a passionate team and owners with a steadfast and long-term commitment to doing the right thing for ageing Australians. That’s what IPLiving represents.”
The new IPLiving identity will be progressively rolled out across a new website, community marketing, signage and customer communications over the coming months.
