Aveo to “revitalise” its Bentleigh (VIC) retirement community

The leading retirement provider has submitted plans to “upgrade and modernise” the community to local council.

They include a new three-story building consisting of 43 independent living units – transforming the serviced apartments that are currently on site – and a refurbishment to the exterior of the community’s remaining building.

New community amenities and consulting rooms will also be added to assist with the delivery of allied health care services to residents.
