Bethanie confirms CFO, appoints COO

The Western Australian Not For Profit has revealed its latest leadership appointments.
Victoria Griffith will join Bethanie as Chief Operating Officer, “bringing a strong background in operational leadership, human resources, service delivery, people leadership, and complex healthcare environments”, Bethanie said.
The operator also confirmed Jacqui Hall GAICD’s permanent appointment as Chief Financial Officer following a successful period as Interim CFO.

Roulé Jones was appointed permanent CEO in July 2024 after serving as Interim CEO since October 2023.
In FY24, Bethanie employed 2,422 staff and 267 volunteers cared for 1,200 aged care residents, 1,069 retirement village residents, 618 Bethanie Housing tenants and 2,238 home care customers.
The Group has 14 aged care homes, 11 retirement villages, and three Social Centres for seniors providing social and therapy wellbeing services.
