Land lease developer Broadlands has opened its latest development, Broadlands Muswellbrook, in the Upper Hunter region of NSW.
Approved in 2019, Broadlands Muswellbrook is now releasing its first stage homes, which start in the low $300,000 range.
The homes are single level with one bedroom, two bedrooms, or two bedrooms plus study, set in a resort-style development next to the local golf club.
“This brand-new land lease community offers outstanding resort style facilities including a communal bowling green, indoor heated pool for year-round swimming, a BBQ pavilion and the centrepiece of the community, a modern stylish Club House, all complimented with direct access to Muswellbrook Golf Course,” the developer says.
Broadlands built its first land lease community more than 20 years ago, at Green Point on the NSW Central Coast, and has since expanded to locations in Tamworth and Harrington; Muswellbrook marks its fourth village.
