“Of course, that is contingent on the weather conditions.”

Palm Lake developed a c o-development plan for the club as part of the land deal. The Greg Norman-designed golf course is being reconfigured, with the clubhouse being turned into a hotel-style facility available to club members and the public. In addition, there will be a new stand-alone pro shop, training academy, mini golf, pitch and putt, driving range and glass-clad lakeside chapel.
