Estia Health’s new 105 place respite and residential aged care home in Blakehurst, in Sydney’s south, has opened.
It offers both short-term respite and permanent residential aged care for 105 residents. The impressive looking purpose built home offers residents the choice of either private single or couple suites. It has a top floor sky terrace with views across Kogarah Bay.
Estia Health shares the price of a shared room with ensuite from $450,000 to $550,000, with single rooms with ensuites going from $700,000 to $1.1 million.
The builder GrowthBuilt said it was “a powerful and rewarding journey for Growthbuilt watching this premium Aged Care Home take a life of its own.”
