Its independent expert has reported that the offer is “fair and reasonable to non-associated securityholders” and the offer should be accepted in absence of a “superior proposal”.
However, the Directors are advising that securityholders should have regard to the outstanding conditions of the offer which include a 50% minimum acceptance rate; no objection under the Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act; and other regulatory approvals.
