High-rise developer Brookfield Multiplex takes on third aged care project

Greengate has appointed dedicated high-rise construction company Brookfield Multiplex to its $80 million St Patrick’s Green development in Kogarah.

Brookfield now has three major aged care and village projects under construction, reaffirming the rise and rise of vertical villages and care facilities. These include the $180 million The Terraces at Paddington for Presbyterian Aged Care and the Mark Moran seniors living village in Vaucluse which is ahead of its schedule and due to open.

Brookfield joins Richards Crookes Constructions in the same group of big builders.
