The frustration for everybody concerned, including residents, is the absence of current, verifiable facts.
In response we have launched a significant research study of village residents we are seeking your participation.
It will strengthen the survey plus deliver significant value to you as an operator of retirement villages.
The major points are:
- Supported by ACSA, LASA and the Retirement Living Council
- 50 operators have signed so far, delivering 80,000 residents
- Results in February to coincide with village sector inquiries
You will receive:
- Individual village and operator data sets
- Detailed information on your residents' journey to your village
- Sophisticated ‘satisfaction’ survey by village
- Resident rating of each village for use in digital marketing
- An NPS score per village and operator + a sector NPS score
- Full data sets for the sector to benchmark your villages
The investment starts at $1,700 for operators with 250 units or less.
This will be our third sector survey in six years. The process is proven.
We seek your commitment by 30 November. The survey will be in the field in January with results late February.
