Despite the fact marketing of the community hasn’t started yet – and construction of the first seven villas is still underway – prospective residents are already coming to view the Willow Village Residential Park in Gympie, 160km north of Brisbane.
The park is owned by Nev and Adele Harrington, who developed a parcel of farmland they owned in the early 1990s which became the adjoining Willow Grove residential estate.
“Our vision is to create the most friendly and affordable boutique retirement village in Queensland,” Mr Harrington told local press.
They clearly believe in their product – the couple plans to move into the first villa themselves.
