Under its First Choice Club, potential residents pay a fully refundable $1,500 deposit to gain exclusive assess to home designs and sites before the general public.

The listed operator is currently running the incentive at its 229-home Anna Bay lifestyle community under construction near Port Stephens, 185km north of Sydney, with its first stage expected to sell out before it is complete.
