Ex Stockland Retirement Villages now EQT owned, the rebranded Levande has awarded Kane Constructions a contract for a new multi-million apartment building at its Pine Lake retirement village in Elanora, on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
The project, which will comprise 51 new apartments across three storeys plus basement parking, external works, and an upgraded entry road, will add to the 147 dwellings already on site at the 41-year-old Pine Lake site.
