Lifestyle Communities Co-Founder and CEO James Kelly said the company is about to receive the 3,000th home from builder Todd Devine Homes.
“Todd has built all our communities except for the first two and it has been an extraordinary partnership over the last 14 years. It’s a cost-plus arrangement from the get go and what we celebrate is that they are able to deliver an amazing customer experience to our homeowners with no defects at settlement. Even more importantly, we have not experienced what others have with their supply chain,” said Mr Kelly (pictured right).
“With our volume through one builder we have been able to ensure all the delivery of homes as well as not missing one settlement. Increasingly we are embracing this approach with other suppliers and contractors and we continue to pay all invoices in seven days which has really franked a loyalty to Lifestyle.”
With Lifestyle Communities aiming for two to three new sites a year, it is a win-win relationship with Todd Devine Homes. The land lease operator reported its 13 fully built sites were sold out in its HY22 report to the ASX.
“Our land pipeline continues to be really strong and we have never focused on being the biggest but just the best at delivering customer experiences. Our referral rates still sit above 50% and this is a really great measure of this strategy,” said Mr Kelly.
