25 years ago Malaysian listed Mulpha commenced building the Norwest Business Park 40 km north-west of Sydney CBD. Made up of 377 hectares, executive homes nestled amongst medium rise offices can now sell for $2M+.

This week, in conjunction with the Greatest Sydney Commission’s ‘Three Cities Master Plan’ announcement, Mulpha introduced its $3B redevelopment of Norwest as a Silicon Valley style satellite.

They expect the population to grow from 6,000 to 20,000 residents, including a retirement precinct. Healthy living and aged in place technology will be a focus.

Aveo is currently building a 10 story retirement village there which will be Australia’s tallest engineered timber building. Read about it HERE.
