1 min read

Plans for the $32.5m, ‘Balise Eco-Village’ by the Sisters of Good Samaritans in the Sydney suburb of Red Hill have attracted media attention this week. Plans for the village have been scaled back to 51 ILU’s and re-submitted, despite the previous proposal being rejected by the Land and Environment Court (L & E). Warringah Council has reported “extreme” concerns that the NSW Planning Department has supplied confidential planning information to the developer.
