A new project will see the number of ILUs increase to 58 at the Sisters of St Paul de Chartres aged care centre in Boronia Heights. The multimillion dollar construction of the 12 units has already begun, with two and three bedroom units planned. Sisters of St Paul de Chartres also operates a hostel and nursing home on the 20 acre site.
