Oak Tree Retirement gets green light on 58-villa development on Central Coast (NSW)

Oak Tree Retirement Village, Cardiff (Newcastle NSW).

The $17 million development will be a mix of 18 two-bedroom villas and 41 three-bedroom villas and will take the place of several weatherboard homes that currently occupy the site.

The new village will be within a five-minute drive of Arcare’s Kanwal aged care facility, Opal Aged Care Kanwal and the William Cape Gardens facility.

Oak Tree has 13 other retirement villages in NSW – as well as 17 more across QLD, VIC and TAS – but this will be the group’s first project in the Central Coast region (90 minutes north of Sydney).
