Peninsular Living starts construction on 200 ILU village on Bellarine Peninsula

Veteran village operator Geoff Reeve has kicked off the 22 ILU first stage 12 month build of his 200 home Bellarine Springs village (pictured) in Clifton Springs, on the bayside of Geelong. This is the third village under development in the region. Bellarine Lakes, owned by Stewart Gull and Paul Burke of Country Club villages, kicked off the construction of 336 units at Moolap about 12 months ago
