The retirement village operator will build a new “boutique” apartment development – The Rise at Wood Glen (pictured) – in Erina on the NSW Central Coast, 1.5 hours north of Sydney CBD.
The Rise will be built over two stages and feature 58 purpose-built two and three-bedroom independent living apartments, which have been designed by seniors living architects, Marchese Partners.
RetireAustralia Development Manager, Bill Clydesdale, said the “luxury” development is “unlike anything seen before on the Coast.”
Prices start at $650,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
RetireAustralia has 27 other villages across NSW, QLD and SA.
