Royal Commission into Aged Care to resume hearings next month after COVID-19 break – plus call out for submissions on providers’ relationship with Govt

The Commission has announced it will restart its agenda of hearings ahead of the 12 November deadline for its Final Report with a hearing next month on mental health, oral health and allied health care in aged care.

The hearing will now take place in Melbourne from 15 to 17 July 2020 and will be closed to the public due to COVID-19 restrictions.

The Commission also revealed that it will be releasing more of its research and policy development prepared for the Final Report in the coming weeks.
