Seasons opens Stage Three of 240-unit Mango Hill village

Private aged care operator Seasons is set to open up the third and final stage of its Mango Hill retirement village in Brisbane’s north, adding 60 new units.

Expressions of interest are open for the one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, which join 183 existing apartments from the first two stages.

The stage three development is due to be completed this month by Seasons’ owner, Philip Usher Construction Group, and according to Seasons Sales Manager Claire McCallum, interest has been high despite COVID-19.

“For many seniors having faced isolation and the last two years on their own, many are excited at the opportunity to move into a community where they can have ongoing support if they need it.

“These apartments are not only luxurious and state-of-the-art, there is ample storage and are really very affordable with where the housing market is at the moment,” she said.

Seasons last expanded its Mango Hill village in 2019; the operator, which provides care up to the palliative stage under the Retirement Villages Act, has three communities across southeast Queensland.
