Serenitas sells 130 land lease homes in 89 days

Diversified property developer and Serenitas part-owner Mirvac released its 3Q26 earnings to the ASX on Friday (24 April).

Mirvac reported weakening residential demand and warned of other potential impacts stemming from the Iran war.

The company made 592 residential sales in the March quarter, a 12% year-on-year (YoY) increase.

Separately, land lease operator Serenitas, in which Mirvac holds a 40% stake, achieved 428 home sales across its communities, up 42% YoY, with 130 (up 20% YoY) occurring in the March quarter.

Serenitas also notched up 333 settlements, an increase of 14% YoY, with new project launches at Thyme Ocean Grove and Thyme Forster.
