Thyme Lifestyle Resorts, owned by land lease operator Serenitas, has opened two boutique sites at Evans Head in the NSW Northern Rivers and Hervey Bay, 290km north of Brisbane, QLD.

The first homeowners to move in were welcomed by Serenitas CEO Rob Nichols.

Thyme Lifestyle Resorts is Serenitas’ newest land lease brand for the East Coast, with another Over 50s community located in Moreton Bay, 14km north of Brisbane.

There are seven homes for sale at Evans Head (pictured) with eight homes on offer at Hervey Bay priced from $349,000.

“Creating communities that enable our homeowners to live full and active lives is at the heart of our planning,” said Rob. “As many of our homeowners at Thyme Evans Head are avid travellers and active retirees, we are developing facilities to enhance their wellbeing and lifestyle in a gated community so homeowners can simply lock up and explore the region with peace of mind.”

Serenitas, a joint venture between Tasman Capital Partners, an Australian-owned private equity firm, and GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, owns and operates over 22 lifestyle communities including Thyme Lifestyle Resorts, The Anchorage Lifestyle Resort, National Lifestyle Villages, Latitude 25 RV Lifestyle Community, The Outlook at Albany, Vantage at Vasse, and RV Homebase Fraser Coast.
